CCS managing new commercial garage equipment installation for Biffa’s depot in Roche, Cornwall

Intended to service Biffa’s regional commercial vehicles, the new workshop will provide Biffa’s team with additional servicing capacity. Biffa has been a CCS client for many years, receiving our full suite of services from garage equipment design and installation for its commercial vehicle workshops to regular scheduled maintenance, repair, inspection and calibration services.

CCS’s team works closely with Biffa at its depots across the UK. For the new Roche workshop, we have been appointed to design, install and commission facilities including:

• Service pit
• New oil tanks
• Headlight tester
• Compressed air system
• Lubrication systems and pipework
• New heating system and work bench

Using trusted and industry-leading equipment suppliers, our commercial garage equipment is built to last. Biffa’s team will receive equipment training and guidance by CCS on commission to ensure that the facility can be operated fully, efficiently and safely straight away.

Project managed throughout by our team, we started our installation work on site in July 2019 and the project’s expected to take around a month to complete.
