Commercial vehicle workshop design, relocation & installation by CCS

CCS was appointed by Lanes Group to manage its garage equipment installation for the new, versatile Leyland workshop which incorporates vehicle lifts, commercial brake tester, in-ground inspection pits and full ancillary services, enabling client technician teams to efficiently service, maintain and test vehicles in-house.

Garage equipment, including the client’s existing 5000KG-capacity, 2-post vehicle lift, air compressor, oil storage tanks and fume extraction system, was deinstalled, relocated and reinstalled by CCS’ installation engineers in the North West, maximising the value our client receives from current, serviceable assets by supporting its new workshop with existing equipment.

Alongside the relocation, CCS also supplied and installed new equipment including a 6500KG capacity Nussbaum 4-post Combi Lift, commercial brake tester, headlight aligner, in-ground inspection pits and hydraulic press. Equipment by trusted manufacturers offers reliability, durability and strength in this busy workshop, keeping essential vehicles well-maintained, serviced and roadworthy.

Installation at this commercial vehicle workshop for Lanes Group was managed throughout by CCS’ dedicated project manager, liaising professionally with our client’s other appointed contractors to keep the project on track. All equipment was fully tested prior to commission, and our client’s team given training in its safe use in order to keep equipment in good order, whilst preventing unnecessary accidents. CCS will continue to deliver routine maintenance, servicing and examination for this Leyland workshop, keeping equipment safely operational all year round.
