This flagship Jaguar Land Rover dealership serves thousands of customers in London and the South East, offering complete sales, aftersales, servicing and repairs from its self-contained site situated along a major trunk road into the city.
The extensive servicing centre was designed and installed by CCS, and features a drive-in entrance and 28 service bays. One of the largest servicing workshops in our portfolio, Jaguar Land Rover West London is equipped with Dura workshop furniture, reliable LEV and lubrication systems, and twin MOT bays to accommodate the full suite of JLR vehicle models.
Complete vehicle lift installation programme for JLR West London
CCS Garage Equipment completed an extensive vehicle lift installation programme for Jaguar Land Rover West London, installing a suite of Nussbaum lifts that supports this busy workshop and its customers, whilst equipping the dealership to handle the ever-growing number of electric vehicles in the range.
Specified by our client, market-leading vehicle lift technology by Nussbaum included the installation of 14 fixed, 2-post 2.40SL Smart Lifts, each carrying an excellent 4T load capacity. A Nussbaum Jumbo Lift 3500 NT – a short platform scissor lift – creates additional lift capacity in a smaller area of the workshop, maximising operational space, and a further hydraulic scissor Uni Lift 5000 NT with Nussbaum jacking beam incorporates a wheel-free lift for all-round vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Crucially, our vehicle lift installation programme for this site included 6 2.35 SL EV Smart Lifts. These fixed 2-post lifts are fitted with heavy-duty, specialised lifting arms which accommodate heavier electric vehicles and PHEVs, allowing for improved access to battery packs and other components for efficient, professional and safe servicing of these vehicles.
CCS’ vehicle lift installation project in West London was delivered by experienced installation engineers, supervised throughout by our dedicated project manager. All vehicle lifts were fully tested, and our team trained workshop technicians on the safe operation of each lift prior to commission. Now fully up and running, CCS will keep the workshop’s new Nussbaum lifts in good working order with routine servicing and examinations that ensure a compliant, safe and efficient servicing centre.
