New galvanised wash ramp for Biffa, Carlisle

Installation of galvanised HGV wash ramp for Biffa’s Carlisle depot

Biffa has invested in its facilities at its Carlisle depot, partnering with CCS to install a new, galvanised steel wash ramp for the cleaning of HGVs.

Tough and built to last, the wash ramp enables the safe, on site preparation of vehicles pre-MOT and for day-to-day operations. CCS worked with the client’s site facility advisers to support the completion of civils and groundworks prior to installation of the wash ramp, which is equipped with a galvanised steel staircase for safe driver entry and exit from the cab when in use.
