Esablished Northern Ireland commercial vehicle dealer Diamond Trucks opened its first Renault Trucks dealership in Warrington, Cheshire, appointing CCS Garage Equipment to design and install the site’s commercial vehicle workshop.
Diamond Trucks’ new dealership occupies a 4.5 acre site, offering excellent, well-equipped office and workshop areas for staff and customers alike. CCS’ commercial garage equipment installation team refurbished and refit an existing 45,000 sq ft building, designing a bespoke, eye-catching 12-bay commercial vehicle workshop which meets strict dealer standards whilst attracting talented team members and new customers.
Specialist commercial vehicle workshop installation by CCS
Diamond Trucks’ commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance workshop has been transformed from an old, outdated space into a huge state-of-the-art facility which comfortably accommodates 12 servicing bays.
CCS’ garage equipment installation team worked on site alongside our client, its architect and appointed contractors to firstly install prefabricated steel inspection pits and hydraulic pit jacks during the workshop’s groundworks phase before completing the installation with a fully-equipped commercial ATF test lane, 2-post commercial vehicle lifts, mobile column lifts, commercial brake testers, compressed air and lubrication systems.
Inspection pits, fitted with integrated lighting and hard-wearing galvanised steps, make for a professional servicing facility to accommodate Diamond Trucks’ complete vehicle fleet. Offering permanent ease of access for mechanics, additional inspection capacity is created by way of mobile colum lifts; a versatile vehicle lifting system which is easily stored when not in use.
CCS Garage Equipment designed this extensive commercial vehicle workshop, and supplied and installed garage equipment on site under the supervision of our dedicated project manager before testing and commissioning was completed. CCS continues to maintain and service equipment to ensure the workshop is safe, fully operational and compliant with all current regulations.
