Project brief
Forming an integral part of a major new distribution centre, CCS worked together with the client’s team of builders, architects and structural engineers to deliver a complete commercial vehicle workshop solution.
Delivering essential support to the client’s distribution operations, the new-build workshop incorporates two ATFs to ensure vehicles can be fully operated onsite for maximum efficiency.

Our in-house design team created a solution in partnership with the client’s architects which ensured all equipment necessary for this busy facility was fully integrated from the start, including our own CCS hanging service module, bespoke steel pits, oil tanks and all associated pipework.
Local to our North West Head Office, the client’s installation was supported throughout by our own project manager and expert installation engineers, all of whom understand the demands and specific requirements of a commercial vehicle workshop.

Two ATFs to service the client’s HGVs, including commercial brake testers and shaker plates, allow for full onsite maintenance.

BlitzRotary in-ground lifts, Stertil-Koni mobile column lifts, bespoke steel pits and Samoa lubrication deliver a quality solution.
