CCS has continued our partnership with South East commercial vehicle dealer, maintenance, servicing and testing brand Adams Morey and its contractors, successfully completing relocation and installation of existing and new garage equipment at our client's new premises in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

The new, fully-equipped and upgraded site is housed in a purpose-built building close to the M3 and Southampton Airport, creating a modern LCV and HGV all-makes workshop that offers excellent access, greater vehicle capacity, more stocks storage, and MOT and testing facilities across classes 4, 5 and 7, as well as smart new office, meeting and colleague spaces for a spacious, clean and comfortable working environment.

The Eastleigh depot is now up and running, and CCS will continue to take care of the workshop going forward, regularly servicing and maintaining vehicle lifts and other equipment to keep the site operating safely.     

Complete garage equipment relocation & installation for Adams Morey's new commercial workshop in Eastleigh, Hampshire

Adams Morey wanted to create a modern, fully-equipped space that would give the brand the capacity to grow its services to regional customers in the coming years. The client's former Eastleigh Airport site was closed, and operations from Adams Morey's Southampton Airport site then successfully transferred to the new, expanded Eastleigh depot which offers more room, improved facilities and better access for customers and colleagues. 

The new workshop on Eastleigh's Barton Park Industrial Estate is now open, delivering maintenance, repairs, servicing and testing for vans, trucks and trailers of all makes from one self-contained site. 

CCS' garage equipment relocation & installation specification for this brand new commercial vehicle workshop in Eastleigh included: 

• Deinstallation, relocation and installation of Stertil Koni 4 Post Lift
• Deinstallation, relocation and installation of 4 post lift and full Class 4, 5 & 7 MOT bay equipment, including brake tester, headlamp tester and wall-mounted MOT tool board

Garage equipment by CCS was installed alongside an in-ground prefabricated vehicle inspection pit with pit jacks for the maintenance and servicing of HGVs, as well as mobile column lifts and a professional floor paint finish to ensure safe movement around the workshop floor by Adams Morey personnel. 

CCS professionally deinstalled and relocated existing equipment from the client's former premises in Southampton, enabling Adams Morey to manage its budget efficiently whilst continuing to achieve value from its investment in leading equipment such as the 7000KG Stertil Koni 4 Post Lift.

Stertil Koni 4 Post Lift with 7000KG lifting capacity alongside recessed 4-post lift for Classes 4, 5 & 7 MOT bay relocated from Adams Morey's former Southampton workshop to the client's new Eastleigh depot and professionally reinstalled by CCS.

The Adams Morey Eastleigh workshop offers excellent lift and testing capacity through its relocated existing equipment, including a market-leading 7T capacity Stertil Koni 4 Post Lift which accommodates a broad range of customers' commercial vehicles.

The MOT bay was relocated and reinstalled by CCS Garage Equipment's installation engineers, including a recessed 4-post lift, jacking beam and ancillary testing equipment to undertake MOT testing for vehicles in Classes 4, 5 and 7. 

The spacious interior of Adams Morey's new Eastleigh workshop allows for excellent service capacity, with room to grow the brand's commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance operations in Hampshire in the years to come. Mobile column lifts are a versatile option with good capacity for the safe lifting of commercial and goods vehicles. 

CCS Garage Equipment installed a simulated load brake tester at Adams Morey's new Eastleigh workshop in Hampshire, allowing for on-site meaningful brake testing using leading technology. The simulated load brake tester was fully tested by our team prior to commission. 

Stertil Koni's 4 Post Lift offers a superb 7000KG lifting capacity, accommodating a wide range of commercial vehicles including small trucks, vans and minibuses. Easy and safe to operate, this leading vehicle lift was deinstalled, relocated and reinstalled by CCS at the Eastleigh site in Hampshire, allowing Adams Morey to continue to get great value from its investment in this excellent lift.

Adams Morey has installed leading simulated load brake testing technology at its new Eastleigh workshop, joining its other sites at Bridgwater, Southampton and Plymouth. Meeting DVSA updated standards, this up-to-the-minute brake tester allows meaningful brake tests to be carried out in-house, delivering accurate data for safer vehicle operation. 

Alongside the in-ground vehicle inspection pit, Samoa lubrication equipment including hoses, reels and distribution network was supplied and installed by CCS Garage Equipment's regional installation engineer team. 

The simulated load brake tester supplied and installed by CCS undergoes testing prior to commission at Adams Morey's Eastleigh commercial vehicle workshop in Hampshire. The vehicle is connected to the brake tester and the load adjusted to simulate braking when a vehicle is laden, allowing for more accurate brake testing that reflects driving conditions. 

CCS completed installation of the Class 4, 5 and 7 MOT bay, including 4-post recessed lift, lubrication hoses and reels, MOT tool board, headlamp tester and brake tester for Adams Morey at its Eastleigh commercial vehicle workshop in Hampshire. 

CCS Garage Equipment supplied and installed 2 Nussbaum 2-post lifts at the spacious Eastleigh workshop in Hampshire, including a Nussbaum Power Lift for larger vehicles, and a Nussbaum Smart Lift for lighter vans and cars. CCS recommends Nussbaum lifts for their build quality, reliability and ease of use, together with excellent options such as adapted lifting arms for EVs that prepare workshops for the future. 

The Stertil Koni 4 Post Lift is thoroughly tested following installation, ensuring the relocation of this valuable piece of garage equipment to our client's new Eastleigh commercial vehicle workshop is completed successfully.

Installation of the Eastleigh workshop's MOT bay is completed, allowing for the complete testing of vehicles in Classes 4, 5 and 7. The MOT bay, including its vehicle lift, headlamp tester and brake tester, was deinstalled at Adams Morey's former Southampton premises, relocated to Eastleigh and reinstalled by our garage equipment installation engineers.
