The new workshop, with equipment installation designed by our team working alongside our client’s architect and building contractors, features 2 in-ground commercial vehicle lifts manufactured by Blitz Rotary to our client’s bespoke specifications.

Our full workshop specification for TJ Morris Home Bargains Amesbury includes:

• Bespoke in-ground commercial vehicle lifts manufactured by Blitz Rotary to bespoke specification
• 2 commercial ATF test lanes, plus a further service bay with pit
• External galvanised chassis wash bay and hot water pressure washer
• Tachograph testing equipment
• 2 tail lift service pits
• HPC compressors
• Hanging service modules
• Oil tanks
• Exhaust extraction

The specification for the workshop enables the client’s team to fully service this busy vehicle fleet in-house. ATF testing lanes keep the fleet operating as efficiently as possible, avoiding the need for vehicles to move off-site for testing, and essential tachograph testing equipment ensures statutory compliance at all times. Tail lifts on our client’s fleet can be inspected, repaired and maintained in one of two specialist tail lift pits, allowing for all-round access to vehicles in the workshop.

CCS has now started work on site and will continue to progress efficiently following the return to work by our own, our client and other partner teams. To date, we have prepared groundworks to receive the installation of the site’s bespoke-manufactured pits, and work internally and externally is progressing to the installation of lifts.
