The BODYGUARD PLUS high resolution vehicle bodywork scanning system quickly captures a vehicle's condition in seconds, integrating neatly into your workshop or business's vehicle inspection processes to improve workshop records and protect against claims for damage that you're not responsible for.

The upgraded system now scans a full 360 around each vehicle even when moving or wet, using 14 ultra HD cameras and integrated lighting, including overhead lighting and cameras, to capture damage of any size in detail.

CCS recently installed BODYGUARD for refrigerated vehicle specialist Coolvan in Barnoldswick, Lancashire. Coolvan manufactures, sells and leases refrigerated vehicles, including the design and build of bespoke refrigerated and freezer vehicles, for food distribution and temperature-controlled transport. 

New and used vehicles, including diesel and electric vans, are converted on-site in Barnoldswick and supplied nationwide. The client chose to install BODYGUARD in an external drive-through area which also includes a weighscale, giving the team a combined facility that accurately monitors the weight and bodywork condition of vehicles pre- and post-conversion to ensure weight limits are not exceeded and to protect our client's business against damage claims.
