Project Update: Uttlesford District Council garage equipment installation

Following our update towards the end of 2021, latest project images show that the interior of Uttlesford's new local authority workshop is coming together nicely.

After groundworks were commenced in November, our new images show the completion of the 4-bay workshop building's structure, concrete floor slab and installation of prefabricated pit, together with ancillary kit, power and utilities.

CCS Garage Equipment was appointed by local authority client Uttlesford District Council, Essex, to deliver this new local authority workshop which will service and maintain our client's varied fleet of local authority commercial vehicles such as Refuse Collection Vehicles, large and small vans and street cleaning units.

This impressive new-build workshop creates a new vehicle maintenance space for Uttlesford, which is relocating its existing depot in Shirehill to the new depot in Little Canfield.
