Our latest commission saw our CCS Garage Equipment team install updated equipment at a further maintenance workshop in the town, as well as refurbish the workshop's floor to provide a safe, compliant and more appealing working environment for the client's personnel.

This project saw the workshop upgraded from a tired working space to a more modern and professional facility that will increase workshop efficiency, enhance health and safety in the workplace and offer mechanics new equipment to aid daily tasks.

Installation of new garage equipment for Blackpool Council included:

  • New Class IV, VI and VII MOT pit, suitable for the servicing and MOT inspections of cars, smaller passenger vehicles and service vehicles, medium-sized commercial vehicles, larger commercial vehicles and light vans.

  • Workshop floor refurbishment, including painting with heavy-duty epoxy resin floor paint to create a safe working area and to protect the workshop floor for years to come.

Enhancing local authority vehicle workshop safety with professional floor refurbishment

Our recent refurbishment of the East Midlands Airport vehicle workshop created a safe and efficient workshop to support the maintenance of the airport's airside vehicles.

Properly-maintained workshop floors prevent workplace accidents whilst giving confidence to your people in your quality values. Hard-wearing epoxy resin floor paint systems, applied following diamond-grinding to clean and level the surface, were installed for Blackpool Council to demark working areas, hazards and to provide a much-needed anti-slip area around the commercial brake tester.

The professional layout and workshop appearance significantly improves the workshop's safety, visibility and overall operational safety.
